Okay SO. Today I was rudely awoken by Papa K telling me I had to clean out my entire car & the bathroom or else he was taking the keys away. So that was nice. I did that then I went for a run and came back and I was so effing tired holy crap. Usually I feel rejuvinated but i was just pooped. Sean came over for a lil and I wished him a very berry happy birthday. Big 1-8 now he can finally start getting arrested for all the stupid shit he does. Lol. I'm so mean. Wutev.
Then after that I called Taylur and I was like hey lets hang out and he's like lol k sure Caribou? So then we were off. We met at Caribou like 20 minutes later and I got a mango orange key lime smoothie& yogurt parfait and it was PERF. Then we basically just talked about the events of last night with the hunger games and stuff, which was obviously awesome. And we both also agreed that sometime this summer when the college kids are back at school, we're gonna go party with them. Specifically Sam at the u. I mean it's on my bucket list so we HAVE to.
Then Doucher (name concealed again for privacy purposes) calls me up and he's like hey let's hang out so we did and we watched Happy Feet and then got my dad some presents for his bday and fathers day. His birthday is Flag Day. Like honestly how American is that. Then when we were walking around EP mall we see none other than ZACK KING AND IAN CUNNINGHAM. I was stoked. They're the best. We were all super good friends last year and we called our little possy "the stang" because Zack drives a '79 Ford Mustang. And yes it is absolutely awesome. And their friend Jack was there too. He was awesome. We all sat and ate sbarro and talked about just super random shit, and I told them about the watermelons and Zack tried to force outta me who the people were that we did it to but alas I did not blow my cover. Doucher and I came close a couple of times but he didn't get it out of us which was good. He was getting SO ANNOYED though it was great hahaha.
Then 6:30 rolls around and I'm like shit I have plans at 7 so we speed home and Riss and I were off. It was yet another bucket list kind of night. I picked her up and to kick off a good night we got some Lick's ice cream, where Jacob was working lolol and I asked for a sprinkle sugar cone and he gave me THE WRONG SIZE so it was HUGE but charged me for less which was nice. But still it was HUGE I did not know what to do with myself. Riss and I walked around Excelsior then and back to our car, which is when the shenanigans began.
First up on the Summer Bucket List: write "this way to the Ministry of Magic" on a public toilet. And what the list says, we must do. So Riss and I head down to McD's and snark our way into the stall and write it. I'm pretty sure tears were streaming down my face I was laughing so hard. It was just so perfect.
Next on the list was kill an animal. Yeah and no insect bullshit I'm talking reptiles, birds, or vermin. Or bunnies. Or basically anything. Just not bugs. So we tried going through a shit ton of windy roads for like 20 minutes then decided that that probably wasn't going to work. But ok like honestly I think there should have been at least a bunny or two on the way there just to make things interesting.
So since that didn't happen (which SUCKED) we decided to drive to uptown to get my palm read. I remember seeing it was $15 somewhere and I'm like hey why not. And since it was on the bucket list..... it had to be done. So we drive down to uptown in record timing, park literally 15 minutes away, and get there only to find out it costs $45!!!!!!! THAT IS OUTRAGEOUS. So we left which was sad. Then we tried finding henna places with no luck, and Heartbreaker was closed so "buy a maxidress" was out too. We left feeling a bit defeated, but then decided we both knew what had to be done: the cinnamon challenge.
So we called up Grantula and after about half an hour of convincing me and Riss actually did it. My throat still feels clogged and sandy and I hate it but it was totally worth it cuz we CROSSED THAT SUCKA OFF THE LIST. Next we tried to kill an animal again, but couldn't really find one which sucks. We went to a local pond with a baseball bat and our flashlight apps and did not prevail. Tonight was just not our night. BUT we DID cross off 2 vital bucket list items which is fab. And I got to see Marissa and Grant which rocked.
Oh and while we were in uptown this huge suburban yelled hey to me and I looked and it was friggin Nick Johnson from Famous Dave's!! I freaked out. Literally. But yeah that's that. I plan on saving up a Psychic Reading Fund so I'll be able to cross that bitch off the list, cuz $45 is so effin expensive holy crap. Maybe people at work will donate to the cause or something.
Until next time
;)
